Ways to burn extra fat

        
Good afternoon Fitfam,

     I hope you had a delight, healthy breakfast today and ready to kick the day! 

     While some might hate to go to the gym, today I'll be giving you some ideas how to burn extra calories and slim faster.

1. Skating


      

As in ice skating or roller skaters, they're one of the most effective ways to burn lots of calories; It's similar to the elliptical machine at the gym.

2. Jogging/walking/running 


     
   
Unless your country supports it (not in KSA), nothings beats getting up early and going for a jog or a run around the city. You may actually explore new places and get amazed how beautiful your country is before the crowd. 

3. Dancing


    
   
My personal favourite and recommendation! You wont notice it is a workout because you are doing what you love and what makes your soul happy. Not only this, but also burns lots of calories.

4. YouTube aerobic workouts


     
     
YouTube saved the life of a million by tons of their aerobic workouts. Check different types and kinds of aerobic workouts and choose what's more suitable and convincing to you; Remember, make yourself a schedule and try to stick to it. Most workouts, if not all, should be done 3-4 times per week.

5. Shopping 


       
   
Shopping is my cardio! You walk and walk and burn calories without noticing; Just make sure your credit is full to avoid disappointment

6. Play a sport


       

How about you and a bunch of friends play volleyball/basketball/football ? Break out the usual hangout and a little activity.

7. Take the stairs


       
  

8. Biking

    Beside all of these great ways u should relieve anxiety,  tension , pressure , loads .... etc  .
    These factors lead to increasing level of Cortisol which is enough to prevent any progress to be achieved .
