Top Tips for Weightloss

     This is the post we have all been waiting for! Here are the most beneficial tips to help you keep your weight off: 

1.NEVER drink your calories



Sugar is bad for you, but in liquids, it's even worse. A study showed that sugar-sweetened beverages are linked to a 60% increased risk of obesity in children. So, cut back on sodas and fruit juices that are loaded with calories and make you own at home. 

2. Indulge 1-2 times maximum per week



To achieve a healthy, balanced diet

3. Say no to fried and fast foods



 They may be the one of the main reasons you are gaining weight. Not only full of calories , but also low in nutrition so it makes you hungry faster. 

4. Dark Chocolate



Moderation is the key to anything. Dark chocolate was once used as a medicine back in the days because it is rich in antioxidants. Eating 1 square/day of 70% or more dark chocolate smoothes your skin. Winter calls for chocolate.

5. Drink green tea



Green tea doesnt burn calories but it increases your metabolic rate. Its high in antioxidants such as catechins which enhance fat burning

6. Drink a lot of H2O



Drinking water can boost metabolism by 24-30% over a period of 1-1.5 hours, helping you lose weight. Drink 2 cups in the morning and 1 cup before each meal.

7. Sleep good 



Sleep is underrated, but its as important as eating healthy and exercising. If you are sleep deprived, you are at a higher risk of making unhealthy choices and consuming more calories.It is linked to an 89% increased risk of obesity in children, and 55% in adults.

8. Eat more proteins



One study also showed that protein at 25% of calories reduced obsessive thoughts about food by 60%, while cutting the desire for late night snacking in half.

9. Don't diet



Who can diet for the rest of their life? No one. Opt to change your eating style gradually to have long-term mental and physical changes and a healthier you.

10. Don't eat 3-4 hours before bedtime



11. Cook your own meals



Enjoy cooking new recipes with your best-friend or family. Impress them!

12. Include healthy fats 


Like avocado, omega-3s, nuts, and oils like coconut and olive oils.

14. Eat every 3-4 hours 


Prevent your body to be set to starvation mood

It will help you eat fewer calories

Follow this macronutriend ratio: 40% carbs, 30% proteins and 30% fat

22. Dont grocey-shop when youre hungry

24. Don't drink beverages while eating



Only water in a little amount is acceptable 

25. Eat 5 small meals instead of 3 big ones

    I want to add some notes please.
    Green tea is a good choice but not more than 3 cups per day.
    people who used to sleep more than the normal rate ( 6-8) hours will find a difficulty to lose weight or to keep their metabolism balanced so they can use this technique
    " 1 hour before 12 AM = 2 hours after 12 AM "
    For ex sleep at 10 and wake up after 8 hours, it is the same as u sleep at 12 AM and wake up at 10 am So they can earn 2 hours.
    Eating more proteins is not suitable for all of us, it depends on the blood group type and the source of the proteins for ex
    TYPE blood A : meat is not recommended as source of protein source they can depend on milk products, legumes, mushroom and vegetables like broccoli and cabbage in opposite of Type blood O they can't depend on legumes and need meat as a source of protein and antioxidants.
    Smaller plates is a good trick beside chewing slower and using small
    fork. knife and spoon.
    Cheat meal is not a must but it's good to keep u continue in that healthy way.
    According to tuna, if water packed ones are not available u can wash tuna with lemon and vinegar.
