How To Stay Fit And Healthy

Hello Fitfam,
     This is my very first blog about fitness, my passion. I'm really excited to start posting in the hope of motivating and helping others who are seeking for a  better life and reaching their goal weight. Like you, I've been through times where I felt unsecured about my body and I felt im not where I want to be, Its humane. What's important is what step you take next and not where you are standing because as you breath, you are in charge of achieving your dreams.

     As a quick review, A lot of people think of diet as in eating less and this is not true. Diet means An eating plan, not eating less. A heathy lifestyle starts with a healthy and balanced diet (eating) plan. You should change what's inside of you to change what's outside and keep it.

     As you start eating healthy, not only your body would benefit but also your mind. So basically, it's physical and mental changes that you'll be looking forward to. I'll be talking in my next blog about food that will help you keep off the weight forever and I'll add my personal eating list and habits that has helped me stay fit and happy.

    I hope it will be benefiting to the most of you especially that I'll be talking about things from my own personal experience and what I've gone through and what I felt at times. We are all here to achieve one goal and together we can make it.
