Morning Fitfam,
Not only tasty but also rich in fiber ππΌ you can use skimmed or low-fat milk with brown sugar or honey. Use berries, nuts, chia seeds, or your favourite fruit for topping.
3. Cereal
No doubt, cereal is everyone's favourite since childhood. Most cereals are loaded with sugar and so cause weight gain. Reach for bran cereals or flakes and make sure to consume the amount of serving listed on the label.
4. Cinnabon-like sandwich
Im a big fan of Cinnabon myself. Some mornings I just crave it so bad so I thought of making something similar and healthy. Here is what I got to: honey and cinnamon on wholewheat toasted bread will do the trick ππΌ
5. Beans
You can always make your sandwiches healthy by choosing wholewheat breads. Turkey, low fat cheese, lettuce and tomatoes make the perfect combination!
7. Banana Milkshake
Easiest breakfast on the go! Just add banana, honey, cinnamon (Optional), and low fat or skimmed milk in the blender.
I hope you ate your breakfast well! You should always eat your breakfast like a king, your lunch like a prince, and your dinner like a beggar. Fuel yourself in the morning to keep burning calories and eating less through out the day for weightloss.
Don't forget, your breakfast must be healthy for the most benefits. Here are some breakfast Ideas that are tasty and I loved the most:
1. Scrambled or boiled eggs
I strongly recommend to indulge your breakfast with loaded proteins. While carbohydrates take 30minutes to be digested, proteins can take up to 6-9 hours, so it will keep you feeling full longer. Boiled or scrambled eggs are excellent along with wholewheat bread/toast. You can use 1tsp or less sunflower oil for scrambled eggs and you may aswell add veggies for extra vitamins.

Cicer and yogurt are suitable too for healthy breakfast to supply body with daily required amount of protein and carbohydrates with low balance of lipids. Next time hope you write about snack and low carb meals

Thyme and olive oil with a cup of tea has been my favorite breakfast since childhood. Real healthy food items and can make the cold feel cozy.
