 Hello Fitfam,

     This is my second blog and I'm glad I'm receiving positive feedbacks and can't wait for more! Before getting into the topics, I would like to give you a quick review on somethings to do to keep you on track 💪🏼
     One of the most important things is when and how to weigh yourself. You shouldn't weigh yourself more than twice per week and it's recommend in the morning. Choose two specific days of the week to check in and download applications where you can blog your weight. Two of my favourite applications are Noom Coach and My Fitness Pal 👍🏼. Always remember you have 1-2 KGS    Within Safety Range 

     Another mistake you might have done is counting your calories or starving yourself. If you do so, you might fall into  the trap called  YoYo-Diet and you might wonder why you got back all the weight you lost in a couple of days. Ditch the calculator and concentrate on what you're eating. Eat till you feel full 8/10 so you wouldnt starve yourself; Starvation alerts your body to save the fat in case if emergency.

     What matters more than the number on your scale is how you look and feel about yourself. Love your body while working on the one you want because this is when miracles happen and everytime you think of giving up this is the time you NEED IT MOST! If it was easy, everyone would've done it 👌🏼
